One button control
The switch at the front door has Home and Away buttons. Press Away and every light in the house (as well as any music or TV switched on) turns off. Once you’re home, the Home button turns on the lights used on your usual route to the kitchen.
Simplify more
Smart switches make the things you do often more convenient. So if you like to listen to Radio 4 in the kitchen, we can give you a button for it. Just tap it and it’s on.
Voice Control
Our whole home systems allow for deep Alexa integration. Put simply, we can make Alexa more useful than she has ever been before:
“Alexa, it’s a bit cold in here”
Alexa says: “Okay I’ll turn the heating up”
(thermostat increases temperature by 5 degrees)
“Alexa, I’m going out”
Alexa says: “Okay I’ll turn everything off for you”
(the lights, TVs and music turn off)
‘Alexa, put Netflix on’
Alexa says: ‘Okay’
(TV turns on, Netflix selected, lights are dimmed and the blind is closed)
“Alexa, it’s time to relax”
Alexa says: “Good. I’ll turn the lights down and put some music on”
(relaxing lighting scene is turned on, Classical music plays, curtains are drawn)
Auto-magic
The house knows you are travelling home so it warms itself up. Your number plate is recognised as you approach so the gates open by themselves. It’s dark outside so the driveway lights turn on, along with the porch, hall and kitchen lights which turn up to 30% brightness.
Blinds and curtains draw themselves at dusk and open at dawn and your favourite radio station automatically plays in the kitchen every morning as you make your coffee.
